What are the shipping charges for orders?
We offer free shipping on all orders above a certain value across India. For orders below that threshold, a nominal shipping fee is applied at the checkout page.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days for metropolitan cities and 5 to 7 business days for other regions across the country.
Can I return a product if it doesn't suit me?
Due to the nature of personal care and wellness products, we only accept returns if the product is received in a damaged condition or if the wrong item was sent. Please contact our support within 48 hours of delivery.
Are Dr Batra's products safe for long-term use?
Yes, our products are formulated with natural ingredients and are dermatologically tested to ensure they are safe for long-term daily use without harmful side effects.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and AWB number to monitor your shipment in real-time.
